Payment Terms

• Telephone / Internet bookings will be held for 7 days pending the receipt of your deposit and completed booking form.
• A non-refundable deposit of £75 is payable to confirm bookings.
• Cheques should be in pounds sterling and made payable to Kate J. Hill.
• The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
• A security fee of £100 is due with your balance. Your holiday house will be clean on arrival and we ask that you leave it in a clean and orderly condition. Payment for breakages and damage will be deducted from the security fee, as will any exceptional cleaning charges should they be deemed necessary. Your security fee will be posted back to you within a week of your departure.
• The owners cannot accept responsibility for the temporary loss of main services (gas, electricity or water).
• The owners will make every reasonable attempt to resolve any problems with any aspect of the accommodation once it is notified by the tenants but will accept no liability or claim for compensation.
• The accommodation is to be used for the persons named in the Booking Form and sub-letting is strictly forbidden.

Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes all gas, electricity, bedding and bed linen.
• Towels are not included however they will be supplied for overseas visitors by request.
• The owners may, during off-peak periods, discount fees at their discretion to trusted, regular clients.

Insurance

• Cancellations within six weeks of the holiday date will not be refunded and guests are advised to take out full all risk travel insurance to include cancellation, accident, ill health and personal liability.
• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday (due to fire, flood or other circumstances beyond our control); our liability is limited to a refund of monies already paid to us in respect of your rental fee.

Changeover

• With the exception of Christmas and New Year, changeover day is Saturday– arrival after 4.00pm, departure by 10.00am. The maximum number of people to reside in the property must not exceed 6.
• There is a strict NO SMOKING policy within the house.
• No pets are allowed.
